Challenge
Young & Empowered Women, a nonprofit focused on networking, career development, and mentorship for women, sought a foundational resource to boost members' confidence in networking. The organization needed a practical, engaging course that reflected its empowering brand and mission. The challenge was to create a hands-on, interactive course that went beyond traditional learning, equipping members with actionable tools, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones, and integrating existing mentorship resources for ongoing support.

This course was designed as a practical, skills-based eLearning experience that empowers members to build, nurture, and leverage their networks confidently. The course includes:

Brand-Aligned, Empowering Tone: Course content, visuals, and activities were created with Y&E’s brand and organizational goals in mind, emphasizing support and empowerment.
